2. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
Estimates: Quotations provided on request or via our website are estimates based on information available at the time. Final price is subject to a physical site survey and may change due to site-specific requirements, additional materials, or changed scope.
Validity: Quotes remain valid for the period specified in the quotation.
Advance & Payment Terms: Projects typically require an advance to procure materials and book installation dates. Specific payment milestones (advance, progress, final) will be defined in the project agreement or invoice.
Payment Methods: We accept approved online transfers, UPI, cheques, or other methods communicated in the invoice. Failure to make payments on time may delay project delivery and may incur additional charges.
3. Booking, Scheduling & Appointments
Customers must provide accurate contact and site details when booking consultations or site surveys. Appointment dates and times are subject to change due to weather, material availability, or operational reasons. We reserve the right to reschedule or decline appointments if required information is not provided or site access is restricted.
4. Warranty & Service Guarantees
Manufacturer Warranties: Equipment such as solar panels, inverters, and batteries carry manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms and durations vary by manufacturer and will be passed on to you as provided.
Workmanship Warranty: Shreyas Enterprises offers a workmanship warranty for installations as specified in your project agreement. Workmanship warranty covers installation defects but does not cover manufacturer defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized tampering.
Void Warranty: Warranty provisions are voided if equipment is modified, repaired, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information, access for surveys and installation, and ensuring the installation area is safe and free from hazards. Any delays, extra costs, or risks arising from incomplete or inaccurate information, restricted access, or third-party issues will be billed separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shreyas Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
